RGC Quality Policy
RGC aims to provide quality FF&E consultancy services to our clients through the application and maintenance of an effective quality management system (QMS), certified under the ISO9001:2015 standard, and to ensure compliance with any statutory and regulatory requirements.
The quality and reliability of RGC service delivery is paramount to the success and growth of our business. Quality must continue to be the concern of every person in our business, not just the sole responsibility of Management. Every person has quality related responsibilities, and it must be accepted and understood that every aspect of what we do in the business ultimately affects the level of client satisfaction.
These principles are basic to RGC and all employees are expected to embrace and support them as a team and to actively maintain, implement and improve the quality of our service, and therefore the QMS, so that we may exceed the expectations of our clients and achieve success in the market.
RGC has established quality objectives that help us achieve:

b. Flexible and high quality services;
c. Positive client feedback;
d. Project milestones delivery on schedule; and
e. Projects that are delivered within the allocated hours, with little to no re-work.
